HOW TO INCREASE HAPPINESS?

Do you think there is any difference between happiness and pleasure? Is it all the same? 
Example, will lemon juice on a sunny day bring you pleasure or happiness? Pleasure is sensory and monetary joy that is mostly due to external factors but happiness is inside you, you create from within. 





 Most of us are wondering how can we increase our happiness. This post will help you increase it on a daily basis. Let's get started. 

1. Identify what makes you happy: When was the last time you felt your smile touching your eyes and felt overwhelmed at that moment? There must be something that makes you happy. Pen it down, think about it. 

2. Don't expect everyone to agree with you: We are so attached to the society, that we want to make our people around us happy. Reality of life, you cannot make everyone happy by your actions. So why not focus on making yourself happy first, then try to see what else is possible for others. 

3. Increase your source of happiness: We are always busy focusing on the negatives of our life, instead of increasing the activities that bring us true happiness. Maybe for a bike rider, riding brings happiness. For an artist, painting, drawing, singing brings true happiness. What is yours? Find out. Try different activities that may have not tried before, see what it does to you. 

4. Live in the present: We all are so dreaded by our past or our future, in this we lose our present. How to live in present, if that's what you thinking; MINDFULNESS - you can start by mindful exercises like when you're eating food, close your eyes and mouth, you'll feel each and every spice in the food. When you're sitting down or on your desk, simply breathe in and out. You'll see there will be a better concentration in your work. 

These are such daily habits that would slowly take you towards your internal happiness.
